The Fernández & Simón Lawyers Office is born in Palencia in 1976. It owns a great professional experience in the different areas.

Our office provides a global service, including legal, fiscal, economic and labour consultancy.

The office has got a wide experience in the different areas and we are specialised in the advisory and defence of all kinds of professional builders and related in the orders: civil, labour, criminal, litigious and administrative.

We are also developing advice in such innovative sectors as the consumption one. This is aimed to consumers and users. We are also working on the modifications of the firms to the new rules of data protection in all areas of law.

We are collaborators in Palencia of legal offices from other Spanish cities such as, Avazalex and Jurisdalia Lawyers. We have a great deal of collaborators as well, like the most important mutual insurance companies of job accidents and job illnesses and firms expert on management and dealing of data files.

We also have a collaboration contract with the charge management firm Cobratis.
