Experience
The lawyer’s office has got a wide experience between
the different sectors although the prevailing are the
advice and defence to every type of building (and related
to) professionals. It is focused on the civil, occupational,
litigious, administrative and criminal orders. We are
specialised in industrial accidents, during more than
thirty years, as well as in commercial co-operatives
during more than fifty. In addition, we are developing
advice on innovative sectors as the consumption for consumers
and users associations. We are also developing advice
on firms adaptations to the new regulations of data protecting
in all the fields of law.
We are collaborators in Palencia of legal offices, which are in other Spanish cities such as Avanzalex and Lawyers
Jurisdalia. At the same time we rely on
many collaborators as the most important mutual companies of industrial accidents
and firms specialised in management and proceedings of data files.
Lawyers in Palencia since 1976.
The FERNÁNDEZ AND SIMÓN LAWYER’S OFFICE is born in Palencia in April of 2001,
as a familiar and public limited company. It is made up of Mr Luis Fernández
Pérez (Lawyer, Member in Palencia, No. 68 in 1976), Mrs Albina Simón Rebollar
(Social Graduate, Member in Palencia No.27 in 1985) and Mrs Soledad Fernández
Simón (Lawyer, Member in Palencia, No.575 in 1994). It has got two head offices
in the centre of Palencia. One of them for the social and labour department
managed by the Social Graduate since 1983. The other one for the judicial department
managed by the Lawyers and set up in 1976. Consequently, it owns a great professional
experience in the different sectors. On this way, it begins the integration
process of the two centres as well as its clients, creating the trade name
FERNÁNDEZ AND SIMÓN LAWYERS registered in the Patents and Trade Names Spanish
Office. At the same time, it starts the expansion to every field of law; such
as the Industrial and Intellectual Property, the management of patents and
trade names, the adaptation of firms to the regulations of data protection,
... as well as to the technological innovations with the incorporation in 2004
of a computer specialist manager of files and judicial documents and the transmission
through the Internet with Social Security, Ecyl and Tributary Office.
In 2005, the lawyer’s office is chosen by the European
Lawyers Association to stand for Palencia national and
internationally. Since then, it has taken part in a lawyer’s
office net, which are not only Spanish but foreign, with
headquarters in every country to be able to manage their
clients interests (consulting in every legal matter and
defence) all over the world. In addition to this, the
lawyer’s office has become a co-worker with other lawyer’s
office for their clients’ legal defence in the province
of Palencia.
Since February of 2007, the physical joint is a reality because they moved to
its new head office in Palencia. There, it gives consulting and legal defence
to societies, firms and individuals, account side inclusive. It will finish in
2008 with the adaptation of the association in a professional one. Next, it will
face up the new challenge of a public limited and professional company with the
guarantee that the capital is only paid out by the professional members.
