FERNÁNDEZ & SIMÓN LAWYERS expect to keep the principles of its long career since 1976, the direct contact with its clients (firms, societies or individuals) and the social-labour, legal, tax and economic advice in all the matters in Spain and abroad through the European Lawyers Association net and the legal defence in the different courts and administrative organisations.
On the other hand, it tries to adapt and work out all the necessities that the firms, societies and individuals have got in their professional and private lives. To do this, it possesses a young but experienced team who is able to cope with the legal innovations in law in every country. Moreover, we want to make clear how much our fees are. It is possible to agree a monthly price, which will depend on the advisory fields and/or the terms of the defence, or a price per professional performance. But always with the guarantee that the performance will be on an order sheet signed by the sides. We this sheet we are submitted to arbitration, in case of interpretation or determination, from the distinguished Bar Association of Palencia. Presently, we are submitted in most of the cases to the Guidance of Honorary of the Bar Association of Castilla y León. However, briefly we will pass on our own rules following always the Code of the Spanish Law and the General Statute of Law.
To finish, our lawyer’s office is interested in developing legal studies, elaborating reports and commentaries and analysing jurisprudence, as well as collaborating with the legal formation of professionals which supposes a doctrinal and continuous innovation.
